Guild Lettings is the first point of call for students searching for private rented accommodation. We can offer practical advice to help you find the right house; we charge no admin fees to students and only advertise high quality properties with MLAS accredited landlords.

Please be aware that although Guild Lettings do not charge administration fees to students, a service charge of £150+VAT will be incurred if we find a replacement or new tenant for your room in the event that a member of your group wishes to leave the tenancy.

If you have a maintenance issue, please report it to us by emailing guildlettings@guild.bham.ac.uk. We will endeavour to get back to you as soon as we can. If you require emergency maintenance during a time when the office is closed, please contact our maintenance team by email on guildlettings@maintenanceteamltd.co.uk, or by phone on 07972333023.

Please only contact the maintenance team directly if there is an emergency, and also inform Guild Lettings of the issue.
